Jerk’n while Vegan

Who said jerk only belongs on meat?! When we think about Jerk, we usually think about the endless options of meats being marinated into and the methods by which they are prepared. Jerk is both a sort of sauce or flavoring, as well as a fashion of cooking. But, jerk seasoning and spices can really be added to anything, and these vegan jerk dishes are living proof of that! Jamaican cuisine has made itself known globally and the impact that it has made with jerk food is beyond imaginable.
